Life Drawing

Evening life-drawing classes taught me to interpret what I saw and be 'less precious' about my lines (that was a direct quote...) they also introduced me to oil paints and the various effects that could be achieved through this medium. The only downside, was the subject, however you soon got over the fact that you were staring at a naked person and soon saw them as a selection of shapes and tones. These are some of my later drawings (I'm afraid alot of the earlier attempts resembled corpses). Click on them to enlarge.
