A Bit About Me...

What can I tell you about me... well I've been interested in creating things for as long as I can remember, from finger painting in Kindergarden, to making toiletroll giraffs in Primary school and children's furniture in DT lessons at Secondary school.

All my past experiences resulted in me recently completing a course in 3D Design focusing on Furniture and Product at Northumbria University, which aimed to hone my talents to creating useful objects which people would want to buy. This helped me to create my 'Mini Men' and 'Gnome' ranges which became two of my final year projects and were recently exhibited in London at New Designers in July 2008.

When I was 10 I was introduced to an old craft called Pyrography, which is the burning of images onto wood using a very hot pen, and this soon became a quiet passion of mine and has continued to be my hobby to this very day!

I also have an interest in Card Making, Painting (in many medias such as watercolour and acrylic) and photography.

Samples of all my work can be viewed in the portfolio section of this website, so feel free to browse away!

I am available for commisions and practically all of my pieces are available to buy. If you are interested, please drop me a line!
